Philips delivers a real 21:9 ratio 56-inch HDTV

You’ve had the best in LCDs and plasmas gracing the empty space of the walls back home. Yet, you would think twice before trading any of those high-prized possessions for this super widescreen TV from Philips. A sneak peek into its design reveals the Philips Cinema HDTV boasting a 56-inch LCD panel with an amazing 21:9 ratio sans black bars. No real specs are available, but we read that it has 5 HDMI ports, Ethernet and Wi-Fi, along with Ambilight on three sides and 1080p compatibility.
