PCB exposure system made from a flatbed scanner

This is a flatbed scanner which has been hacked and the result is an exposure system.

The scanner was modified with UV LED lightbox and 40 Kingbright L-7113UVC LEDs. These LEDs are mounted on carriage moved by stepper motor.
40 LEDs mean that the system can expose up to A4/Letter PCBs. LEDs are also mounted close to each other so that they provide a well distributed light even with small deepness of box.
The exposure can be adjusted by changing linear speed of carriage.
