In the midst of debuts pouring in at CES 2009, there are some serious re-introductions as well. Clearly, Panasonic’s 103-inch 3D full HD plasma home theater system together with a Blu-ray Disc (BD) player is one of them. After launching it successfully at CEATEC JAPAN 2008 in October 2008, Panasonic takes a giant leap further.

Now it’s the U.S. debut that forms the backdrop of the insertion. This feature-rich home theater system offers full high definition 3D FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) images. The plasma display ensures first-rate video response with no resolution collapse. The ultra-modern Blu-ray disc player displays left and right 1080p full HD images.

It makes full HD image data recording possible to the Blu-ray disc instantaneously. A special pair of active shutter glasses, working in synchronization with the plasma HDTV, enables users to experience the 3D images. Sad, but true: there’s no word on suggested pricing and availability as of now.
