Panasonic intros Lumix G2 and G10 Micro Four Thirds Cameras

Posted By: Bharat BhushanSharma | Mar 8 2010

Panasonic has readied two all-new Micro Four Thirds cameras in Lumix G2 and G10. The 720p Lumix G2 is a revolutionary entrant in the swappable-lens cameras, this because the G2 features a swiveling 3-inch touchscreen LCD, which enables a tap-to-focus auto focus. Fitted with a familiar 12MP sensor and a 1.44MP 60 fps electronic viewfinder, the camera with 64GB SDXC card support offers improved noise reduction and sped-up shooting. The Lumix G10 on the other hand is a budget-friendly 720p alternative to the G2, with a 3-inch LCD with 202,000-pixel viewfinder and 12MP sensor. Both digicams will be made available with 14-42mm lens in a kit and should be available in June, in black, blue and red colors for the G2 and only black for the G10. There is no word on the price yet.
