The new wearable keyboard, an advanced version of ATtiny2313 connected to PC via PS/2 and Attiny2313 microcontroller, can generate all common characters with few keys that are pressed in groups. I am not sure about full-screens, but it may prove a boon for small systems such as portable computers and palmtops.
