O'C'N rescue can for under water CPR

Apparently, most of the times it is too late for a lifeguard to provide CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) to the victim in the absence of any tool that can help him administer CPR under water. But the ground-breaking O'C'N rescue kit is here now to reverse the scenario for the better.
