Many of you will want to use DirectX capable cards so that there is not much to sacrifice when you are using Vista.

Now NVIDIA has made things even easier as the company has flaunted a new series of cards with DX10. The most important thing is that you can use the cards without having to sell your property.
The new entrants include the GeForce 8600 series with the 8600 GT going for roughly $150 and the 8600 Ultra bearing a price tag of $180.
The high-end 8600 GTX is priced at $600. But still there is not much that you will gain by spending so much on the GTX version as the other versions will also suffice the purpose.
Both the cards are built with an 80nm process and 300 million transistors. The GT runs at 350MHz with 256MB of RAM while the ultra version runs at 500MHz with half a GB of RAM.
