Famous voice and imaging product firm Nuance Communications has realized a long-cherished voice search application for iPhone dubbed Dragon Go! The application will let users search the Web using voice commands. No need to type your search queries with Nuance’s Dragon Go! in the phone. You just need to tell the phone what you want to search on.

Nuance has applied its much-appreciated voice-recognition technology to design the application. Dragon Go! works quite nicely. If you tell your iPhone “Lady Gaga concert tickets,” you will be directed to the web sites, which will offer you tickets for a super hit Lady Gaga show. As well, you will get video clips of Gaga’s performance.
The application will bring to you best results for all of your voice queries, says Vlad Sejnoha, Nuance’s chief technology officer. The app will realize a new user experience on smartphones since it recognizes not only what a user says, but also what a user means with some queries, Mr. Sejnoha adds.
Voice-based search is one of the much-awaited features in the technology world. In fact, it makes web experience simpler for users since they just need to tell the device what needs to be searched on the web. Nuance will soon roll out an Andorid version for its voice search application. Nuance is offering Dragon Go! for free, maybe aiming at popularity of the company’s prowess in voice-related technologies.
