The freshness continues at the Mobile World Congress with NTT DoCoMo showing what’s surely too mesmerizing to pass for an audiophile. We’ve used earphones of all kinds and best quality, but DoCoMo’s eye-controlled earphones are just too amazing to even think off. Instead of reaching out to play, pause, change a track or fiddle with the volume, all a user has to do with these earphones is move the eye. The movement of the eye is detected by electrodes, which then use the commands to control the earphones in the desired way (specific eye moment symbolizes a different command). I’m all game for these, but how long are they going to take?
