Nissan's next move is to make a smiling car

In the future, when you're on the road, instead of honking you could just make your car smile at the passerby and other vehicles, thus building upon emotional bonding. For this, Nissan in collaboration with Hara Design Institute Nippon Design Center showed a "smiling car" concept. The makers have used ROICA a polyurethane elastomer fibre to give the Nissan Cube a soft skin, based on which the driver would be able to make his car show facial expressions, like passing a smile to other vehicles on road. These human like facial expressions produced by the car depend on elasticity of ROICA fiber to stretch by 500% to 900% and also recovers from it just well, and are created by animatronics. I guess I'm waiting badly for this to be real.
