Sneaker customizer Alex Nash has somehow established a unique relationship between shoes, technology and music with his one single artwork. Nash has successfully installed speakers in a pair of Nike sneakers. The project was executed under a competition called Inspired Ingenuity at Havana club which signifies the spirit of Havana people. The project included lot of calculations and meticulous placement of amp's, speakers, LED's and cables. In one of the interviews, Nash said that “I mostly have to make do with what I have to hand. On the other side of the spectrum I make things for pleasure, things that are more of a luxury than a necessity. I can't really relate to doing it all of the time for everyday items, or for things we take for granted as part of a way of life.”

Nike Air Force 1 sneaker was preferred because of its flat surface for supporting the equipment. Both pairs hold tweeter, volume controls, amplifier and adjustable controls. The most interesting thing about this innovative design is that it totally shifts the usage of a shoe. In total, this is the first shoe technology which can take us on a musical journey.
