At times we know what might come sooner or later but we still get excited when it is there in front of us. Similar is the case with CES every year. We know what’s coming yet we’re excited to see the products when they are displayed there. One such gadget to look for in the forthcoming CES would be the Q4-LT GPS navigation unit from Nextar. We seen a lot of additions this year from Nextar and there is no wonder that we will see a lot more in the coming year. So, to begin with, look out for the Nextar Q4-LT GPS unit, which gives the owner free traffic updates for life, with host of other features added to the creative beauty by the makers, at CES 2009.

The convenient 2.3lb GPS device supports a 4.3-inch touchscreen display and comes with a free lifetime subscription for live traffic updates. The unit can be attached to the car and the updates can be heard on the vehicle’s radio system. Powered by built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the Q4-LT also fits with the car power adapter, USB cable. The embedded speaker in the device makes provision for the text-to-speech technology to pronounce road names in the language chosen by the user (it has English, Spanish, or French to choose from).

If you have fallen for the Nextar Q4-LT GPS device, which also play MP3 files as well as display JPEG images, it may not be the appropriate time, as this slightly expensive unit ($249.99), will be up and selling only in the 3Q of 2009. So hold your breath until then…hey put that saliva drooling tongue right in.
