Newegg gets MSI’s X 340 notebooks for the grabs in US
Here is good news for all MSI fanatics up in the US of A. Newegg has got MSI’s X340 ultra-slim notebook selling for $799.99. For all the uninformed, the X340 has a relatively large display, featuring a 13.4-inch screen with 1366 x768 resolution. Owing to its genuinely slim form and construction, the notebook ranks in the slimmest notebooks from MSI and weighs a mere 2.86lbs with just .24 x .78-inches of thickness. The MSI lappy is stuffed with a four-cell battery but is made available with an optional eight-cell battery, a 1.4GHz single-core Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500 processor and Windows Vista Home Premium compatibility. For storage and connectivity, the X340 offers 2GB of DDR2-800 RAM, Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics with HDMI output, Bluetooth and 320GB hard drive. So, if you’re a planning a notebook replacement this summer, the MSI X340 is worth the consideration.
