New Slim Phones from Samsung

Samsung Electronics has unveiled a set of new slim mobile phones. The most important fact is that their collective average width is less than 15mm. It is largely due to the 8.9mm thick SGH-300. It comes closest out of any gadgets to the over-used 'credit card' claim.

It matches the clamshell L1's 1.3MP camera, and includes Bluetooth, MP3/AAC support and video messaging.
The 3G SGH-Z510 and Z540 are 14.9mm thick and have a 1.3MP camera with a 4x digital zoom, Bluetooth and support for MP3, WMA and AAC music files. The minor differences are that the Z540 has slightly more memory and a larger QVGA screen.
