Edifier, have released a portable audio system - the MP300. It is a 2.1-speaker system set, targeting the mobile users, and has been designed basically for laptops and portable audio players.

Power consumption for the subwoofer and the satellites are just 9W and 2.5W each, respectively. The speaker set weighs just a mere 1.4kg.
The speakers are currently available in the market for a price tag of US$77.
