New MP3 Players from Sharp
Sharp has announced the release of their two new models of Karabiner MP3 players; a 512MB model (MP-S200) and a 1GB model (MP-S300). Both models are compatible with Microsoft Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP.
Both models will be available in silver, red, blue and black. The top ring of the player can be opened and closed, making it easily attachable to a key holder, belt or bag. The player can withstand drops from more than one meter. The player has a built-in FM transmitter and can also be used as a voice recorder.
The Karabiner MP3 player can playback both MP3 and WMA format files, and supports WMA DRM. The bit rate for MP3 files is 8~320kbps and WMA files is 32~192kbps. The player can be connected to a PC via a USB 2.0 connection.
The player weighs just 52 grams with batteries.
