You must have enjoyed toy rocket flying sometimes. It’s really a fun watching your machine touching those heights. But, have you ever imagined the view you will get if you get a chance to ride the same rocket.
Well, I can’t provide you that fun ride but, surely I can recommend you new Digital Video Rocket which will give you some enthusiastic and thrilling feel.
How is that possible? That is because it’s equipped with built-in video camera that can shoot 640 x 480 resolution video for a maximum of 12 seconds along the journey.

If that’s not enough for you to have fun, it can also take three images per flight and have enough memory to store 15 fantastic shots from a maximum height of 500 feet.
Just empty its memory by transferring to your PC via USB port and blast it off on a new mission.
This 16 inches tall rocket is powered by C6-5 engines and also includes launch pad with a controller. The camera requires L1154 button cell batteries to capture some beautiful shots of your backyard.
So get ready to enjoy some spying with digital shots and videos in just $59.95

It looks almost as if they used the die for the old Astrocam (similar to Cineroc, too). This new one uses the same (logical) lens hood, bur is more pointed.
I published a plan for reverse-mounting the Astrocam that will work with the Digital Video Rocket in Second Stage: Advanced Model Rocketry. (You can fabricate the parts, or get them from Estes or other suppliers.) That book is unfortunately out of print now, though it turns up on eBay at times.
The reason for reversing the camera is that you get photos when the rocket arcs over and for a brief period of the dscent (until the parachute opens).
