wireless camera by nec
NEC, a leader of Information and communication systems provider has plans to launch its latest creation, a wireless camera. Powered by a fluorescent light is joined with an annular wire for power. It doesn’t need any extra wire for power supply and no extra installation is also required. It is extremely a beneficial product for offices to keep a check on the employees and their behavior. It will also come good for large department stores and supermarkets to keep an eye on the customers.

The power supply technology used by the wireless camera was launched by the Sharp Company in the early 2006. The sharp technology of power supply was grounded on the function that it will use the magnetic field produced by the AC source (45-100 kHz) within the rays of fluorescence. Using this advanced technology NEC introduced wireless camera which is scheduled to be exhibited in the iExpo2007 in Tokyo. This tech exhibition will be held from Dec 5-7 2007.

The wireless camera becomes practicable at 120mW and enables to tune the frequency and length and zoom in option in reaction to the power supply received. An image is captured by the video camera after every 10 seconds and it supports VGA (640 x 480), QVGA (320 x 240) and QQVGA (160 x 120) resolutions.
