With the prices of fuel rising by leaps and bounds someone has spotted a mystery solar powered three wheeler on the streets of Palo Alto.
The vehicle was let in the sun, which I think was there for some charging. The driver seat was hidden behind the solar panels, which made me think that they will we collapsible.
