Instructables user Davetech makes use of the BL-5C Lithium Ion battery to efficiently use mouse for a longer time. If you are really fond of cordless mouse, you would be looking for a source that can recharge quickly and hold a lot of current. And this battery does just that. The mouse that you see above is easily compatible with the 3.7 volts battery. But to make it work, you must properly fix it in the mouse compartment.
