Motorola combines DVR with cell phones
It's crystal clear now that cell phone will devour all other devices in one way or the other in the near future, the way various technologies are been squeezed into it. Motorola too has introduced a new service that streams in television from a DVR to a cell phone.

But Motorola has shown its coarseness by rolling out the service with limitations that defeat the very purpose of the service. The first hurdle is that the service will require both a Motorola DVR, that'll not be provided to the consumers directly, and a next-gen RAZR phone. So, the user base will now depend on cable industry rather than the choice of the consumer.
But the system is still not launched and let's hope some positive developments before it actually hits the market.
