As passersby enter the Mood Wall in an Amsterdam underpass, they are greeted with a wall like never seen before. The 2500 LEDs under a ribbed, semi-transparent wall create a wonderful light effect, and while that may not exactly cheer everyone, it does provide a pleasant environment. Presence of ribbed sheets ensures that the wall isn’t very vulnerable to graffiti, while making the lights look better. Cool as it is, the Mood Wall is only an indicator of things to come. This 24m LED filled pathway will be followed by a bigger and better 70m long version.
