In what's a mockery at most busy hotels and restaurants worldwide where guests are often left waiting for the waiter to serve them, the Taipei-based moJo iCuisine has come up with a unique technology solution to address this common customer grievance. An interactive touch-enabled facility lets customers place orders directly from the table. An overhead projector flashes the menu on each table and the built-in sensors help the customers scan through, place the order and even settle bills.

While the customers completely relish the new experience, the restaurant database captures each customer's tastes and preferences that will help in business growth as well as deciding on new menu offerings and marketing schemes. moJo iCuisine has indeed made an innovative use of technology to serve the food which the restaurant calls 'A fine blend of western food, fusion, and molecular gastronomy'.
