Mitsubishi has developed what the company is claiming to be the world’s fastest washing machine.
The company has also stated that along with the world’s fastest title, the machine is also bearing the world’s first moving drum washing machine.
The machine has been named MVW-VD1. It has been designed in such a fashion that it can change the angle of the drum according to the load of clothes that are being washed in the machine and this technology also enables it to prevent clothes from sticking to the sides of the machine.
The machine can wash 20 pounds of clothes in 35 minutes and dry 13 pounds in 145 minutes, which the company claims is half the time taken by a standard washer. Along with saving time the fast action of the machine also helps in saving some energy.
The machine will hit Japan in May and there is no word from the company on the overseas release of this machine.
