Mitsubishi installs 17m x 7m LED screen at a racecourse in Japan

We all love the big displays, so come embrace another big one from Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi has installed a 17m x 7m Diamond Vision screen at the Japanese Racing Association’s Hakodate Racecourse. The peculiarity of the screen is the high-luminance LEDs used in the main display, which wears a split-screen that shows two screens of content. Here thus, the viewers would be able to see "live race footage or the paddock on one screen and race odds and other related data on the other." The Mitsubishi’s mammoth display aligned in a 10mm dot pitch will start operating on the 19th of this month. The racecourse isn’t the first sports arena to feature the Mitsubishi Diamond Vision screen; these are widely used in baseball and football stadiums, but this is certainly among the largest.
