Whilst most manufacturers are swamped with designing sleek displays that occupy minimal space around, Mitsubishi settles upon infusing powerful features into a display to form an inclusive entertainment solution. The company has recently announced the latest 22-inch LCD-22BLR500 HD display which houses a digital TV tuner and a 500 gigabyte hard disk drive.

Enclosed in a compact 22-inch framework, the decently crafted device also comes with a Blu-ray player/burner with AVCREC support. By taking advantage of the integrated SD card slot and USB port, users can conveniently connect their AVCHD camcorder to the 22-inch high-definition TV.
Besides this, users can also save all their videos on either its 500GB internal hard disk or directly on a Blu-ray. There’s an Ethernet port that offers access to most Japanese VOD Services, comprising Tsutaya TV. The new Mitsubishi LCD-22BLR500 HD is anticipated to be launched in Japan toward the end of July for around 100,000 Yen.
