Mission Impossible Glasses Finally made Possible

An Israeli Optics company has stated that it has developed a mini video projector that can display video images onto eyeglasses.

This technology has only been seen in movies like Mission Impossible. It will now allow a user to project a widescreen video image onto the lenses of the eyeglasses. Moreover the image or the video is unnoticeable by others.

The product can be used as normal corrective eyeglasses but it is capable of displaying images matching that of a 70-inch widescreen display when viewed from 3-meters.

This can change the Teleprompter technology that is currently being used in the TV industry. You will be able to read an E-Mail by just pressing a button on your cell phone and that too while still looking at the rest of the people attending the conference.

The only difference between normal glasses and this high-tech one is that a small black box will be attached to the earpiece that will project the images on to the lens of the eyeglasses. The light waves will then travel through the fiber optics within the lenses that will direct the images to the eyes of the viewer.

The company aims to begin mass production of the product in the second half of 2007.
