We agree that the global economic slump demands conscious budgeting. Perhaps Memorex’s (a portfolio brand of Imation Corp) new TouchMP model is aligning on the same platform, by providing a portable media player for just $99.99. Their 8GB PMP supports WMA and WAV audio playback, FM radio, voice recorder, JPEG images, 320 x 240 touchscreen video player and has a 2.8-inch QVGA display. Shipping in March, this device also has a microSD card slot.
