Envy the Microsoft Surface for its features? At 12 grand, the desirability is also somewhat insatiable, so it’s better that you start looking for an alternative. An alternative that costs $350 and still challenges the might of the Microsoft Surface is sure worth a dekko. Hail Maximum PC for it has people who could offer the comforting ‘touch’ for a price so low. It is more of a Multi-touch Surface Computer (a table PC), created using LED’s, a PS3 eye camera, a projector (a nice cost saving option) and acrylic. A wood cabinet takes care of the tablet part and the renderings from an old PC with a Core 2 Processor and 2 GB RAM complete the trick. Not sure whether this would leave the ‘Surface’ users envious, nonetheless, it would have you smiling for sure.
