The crystal clear sound that pours out of stereo speakers much depends on its material. Till now we were somehow relying on the traditional ones, incorporating different sound reduction techniques. But now with the help of nanotubes the dream of perfect sound can be a reality. It has been proved by researchers at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute that fusing nanotubes into material reduces vibration. The technology can also be applied to other applications such as spacecrafts and automobile engines for smooth silent riding.
