Marine Copter Simulator trains marine helicopter pilots for Afghanistan

Simulators have adorned a new avatar lately, where they are being used as gaming devices to simulate real-time war scenarios. One new simulator is the Marine Copter Simulator that’s being used to train marine helicopter pilots for emergencies and combat conditions in Afghanistan. The Marine Copter Simulator are installed at Camp Pendleton California, where they simulate the Huey helicopter and the Cobra attack helicopter. The full-motion high-tech screens display the real-time conditions of a combat scene while the buttons and controls on the simulator let the marines experience reality of being inside the helicopter in a war situation. The Marine Copter Simulator can created 275 different emergency situations at pilots in the to determine how they will react in each situation.
