Marantz Flaunts a Couple of DVD Players with HDMI

Marantz has introduced two new DVD players with HDMI 1.1 output.

Both the players boast the same features and the difference is only in their sizes. The DV9600 is the bigger one in the couple while its younger brother DV6001 is the ultra slim version that is just 60mm thick.

Both the players feature:

Support for DVD/CD/SACD/DivX/WMA

HDMI 1.1 output

DVD Upscale to 1080p

The company has made no comments on the prices of these versions but it is quite clear that the DV9600 will be having a lighter price tag compared to DV6001.
