If you are wondering how people will dangle this oversizes hearing aid (as it appears at first glance) to their ears, you will be surprised to find that this weird looking gadget is meant to control the computer screen.

The Sigma SGM2 mouse is basically a presentation device that locks between your index finger allowing thumb to scroll the screen. Offering a resolution of 400/800dpi and connects via USB, the funky mouse presents a scroll wheel and a double click key (triggered by the index finger). Compatible with Windows XP only, the mouse connects through USB.
The only snag, it doesn't come cordless, which may entangle or irritate you during your presentations. Weighting 97 grams, the presentation device comes in a 58 × 84 × 64mm dimension that will be available in Japanese market by December for 3,480 Yen (about $ 30).
