While robots with intelligence and best ability to help humans are making closer to the real world domination ever so steadily, FANUC Robotics America wishes to do it a tad differently, for which the maker’s have developed M-3iA intelligent, parallel-link robot that is greatly flexible for all kinds of assembling and picking applications. Available in a four- or six-axis model, the M-3iA is lightweight and portable yet capable of carrying payloads of up to 6kg. Featuring an innovative three-axis wrist the robot can pick objects at compound angles, almost to mimic the flexibility of a human hand.
