It is not as surprising as Google launching desktop search for Mac (that’s got the best and fastest in-built search feature ‘spotlight’) but it still may surprise a few that Logitech has finally decided to launch a Mac-only webcam. Did you say what’s surprising? Well, all Macs other than Mini and Pro have a built-in iSight web camera but strong point of QuickCam is that it’s got a 2 MP auto-focus (using voice-coil motor) Carl Zeiss lens that allows it to capture video in 720p resolution. It can also record a VGA quality video at 30 fps. QuickCam Vision Pro will be available in U.S. and Europe from next month for $129.99
