Turning out to be another big achievement in its 3D monitor innovation, LG is to unveil two CIN-EMA 3D Monitors with a set of exclusive features. The forthcoming LG CINEMA 3D Monitors are named D41P and D42P, which are highlighted for their compatibility with LG’s new Film Patterned Retarder (FPR) 3D technology.

The advanced FPR 3D technology will make the LG monitors far clearer and accurate than previous models. As well, the technology realizes a Flicker-Free certified 3D experience for viewers. The Flicker-Free feature is, of course, the outstanding one with the new LG monitors. This feature is certified by the Europe’s leading safety certification bodies, TÜV and Intertek.

LG CINEMA 3D Monitors are compatible with all graphic cards and major PC operating systems. The monitors also support HDMI 1.4 and will work with other 3D devices than computers. The advanced and lightweight 3D glasses ensure that viewers do not suffer eyestrain, as it is with the traditional 3D glasses. Also, the glasses don’t work electronically, making it an additional advantage that the glasses need not to be recharged. The featured 2D to 3D conversion facility is also available with the new LG CINEMA 3D Monitors. Hence, you don’t have to worry about the shortage of 3D contents for viewing anytime.
LG CINEMA 3D Monitors will hit the stores in Europe in June this year. Details regarding the price of the monitors are yet to be disclosed.
