The tech world recently witnessed a tie-up of two giants. LG and Kodak joined hands for heralding a new era of insertion of AMOLED screens into mobile phones, portable media players, picture frames, and small TVs. Interestingly, the deal has just been realized bearing innovative inductions in backdrop. LG will collect the Active Matrix OLED (AMOLED) modules for its next-gen products. Furthermore, this advanced display technology assures superior contrast, faster response times that deliver video motion with no hazy impressions, more extensive viewing angles and thinner designs. The above mentioned agreement would allow LG display to use Kodak’s patented OLED materials. LG reserves the rights to use it in manufacturing displays hereafter. No words concerning the financial terms of the accord is out yet. Hopefully, the agreement will see its fruition in supplying us with more sophisticated screens for better vision.
