LG 31-inch OLED TV shown off as the world’s thinnest

LG, the manufacturer of the world’s largest commercially available OLED TV and displays, after the success of its 15-inch OLED TV has unveiled a new31-inch OLED TV at IFA 2010. Bringing the expensive OLED tech to some size in the 31-inch TV, which at 2.9mm thick is touted to be the thinnest OLED TV in the world, LG certainly impressed all at the IFA. This crazily thin TV besides the size also has features like 3D Crosstalk free, full HD 1920 x 1080 display and infinite contrast ratio making the TV viewable from virtually any angle, all this for a whopping £6000 (approx. $9000) when its made available in March.
