Here comes a small form factor PC from the house of Lenovo that comes rocking recently announced Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. The new ThinkCentre A55 Small Form Factor (SFF) desktop PC boasts a 64 percent smaller form factor than Lenovo’s customary tower form factor. Moreover, Lenovo claims the new machine to be 25 percent smaller than the ‘conventional small desktop.’

Other key specs include Intel Core 2 Duo processor, DVD writer, and an optional floppy drive. Its tinier footprint will free up desk space for other accessories. Customers will also get the outfit’s ThinkVantage Technologies like Rescue and Recovery and Client Security System.

The ThinkCentre A55 SSF is scheduled to hot the shelves next month for a reasonable starting price of $579.
