Leica II 'gold, wooden and leather' cased camera is a relic of the 1920s

It would be too far-fetched to expect an 85-year-old camera to capture images. Well, with the Leica II, you would realize it isn't the case always. A true collector's item if you value old cameras, the Leica II was popular during its times for a built-in coupled rangefinder. Although a refurbished version, the gold, wooden and leather camera apparently works as good as the original.

What’s Innovative: An object that traces its roots back to the early 20th century is sure to draw a lot of attention. This collector's edition Leica II also comes with an Elmar 50mm lens. And the best part - it still operates.

Watch This: We wouldn't really suggest this over a Canon EOS 1000d, but if antique cameras fascinate you, the Leica II is a relic of the past that you need to hoard for posterity. At $139, you couldn't have asked for a better bargain, especially since we are talking about an iconic brand.
