LEGO PC 1.0 features a PC casemod built of LEGO bricks

Here is an amazing computer CPU cabinet designed by Modder gi0v3. The cabinet is totally built of LEGO bricks with all required components of a PC fixed inside and outside. The designer has cleverly shaped up the PC casemod with better airflow and overheating prevention being its key highlights. Different colors of the primitive bricks make the hardware a fantastic experiment, indeed.

Modder gi0v3 has beautifully stacked up the LEGO bricks to form the ground-breaking PC casemod. It doesn’t use any screws, solder, glue or tape to stick together the bricks. That is, it can be disassembled if needed. Designer of the hardware wonder has rightly drilled the bricks to put in the optiarc slim slot-in DVD RW, a cooling fan and the port board.

The Enermax Enlobal 120x120mm adjustable cooling fan is installed on the top of the cabinet. The LEGO PC cabinet sports all the components essential for a typical personal computer. The LEGO computer runs an AMD Athlon II 605e quad-core CPU running at 2.3GHz. It highlights an 8GB SODDR3-1333 RAM and a pair of Samsung 250GB hard drives.

Further, USB 3.0, SATA3, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi remain as major other features of the hardware. The components are mounted on an ASUS Mini-ITX board. It may be marvelous to see that a bunch of stacked-up LEGO bricks can form such a computer CPU cabinet with better airflow and overheating prevention measures.
