Lego-based time tracking: Sounds more fun than normal!
This sounds like more fun than anything else to me but there is a very serious issue behind all the colored blocks. But that is precisely what I would use this technique of time tracking and management for. This unique system allows you to manage and track tour time using Lego blocks. Now you might shout as much as you want at your kids about how they should be keeping a track of their activities but I’m sure this will help get the point across a lot better.

This is an alternative way to represent time schedule tracking by stacking different lengths of Lego blocks as a way to convey different sequential time periods. Stacking hourly rows on top of each other builds up the whole day, while color represents the different projects at hand. A whole week of time tracking is created by setting up a series of rainbow-colored days. This is a fabulous fun way of doing something that otherwise is so boring and totally forced upon you.
I guess this system will also be of great use in getting the point across to one of your team members who takes too many breaks or just does not stay at the table long enough. Too many red blocks in between the green ones should get the message across! (Assuming red is the breaks and green the work time)
