Lacie debuts Mac and PC OS compatible, USB 3.0 powered external hard drives

Lacie has introduced two new USB 3.0 external hard drives that are compatible with both Mac and PC OS. One hard drive is an update of Rikki and other is the Minimus USB 3.0 desktop hard drive. Cased in aluminum, both the drives come packed with 10GB free Wuala storage, which makes it easier for you to share files with whomever you want to. The best part is that these drives are also compatible with USB 2.0 connection, in case USB 3.0 connection is not present on your computer. Rikki will be available in 500GB and 1TB capacities. The 500 GB version is available for $100 and the Minimus USB 3.0 desktop hard drive comes in 1TB, available for $130.
