Korean Unmanned 'Tilt-Rotor Aerial Vehicle' takes off like an helicopter

Korea seems to have found a way out for aircraft take off that sometimes becomes a headache due to its mountainous geography and weather. It tested its unmanned tilt-rotor aerial vehicle at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute's aviation center in Goheung, South Jeolla Province to show how it can tilt its rotors depending on flight conditions. This will eliminate the need for a runway and can take off as well as can land like a helicopter does. This will make some works like weather and environment surveys, forest-fire fighting, and transportation monitoring easier and efficient.
