
Eastman Kodak Co. has just launched its latest wireless digital cameras including Easyshare V610 and Easyshare-One.
The $449 Bluetooth 2.0+EDR enabled Easyshare V610 digital camera is a compact 6 megapixel camera equipped with 10x optical zoom and Kodak’s Retina Dual Lens technology that enables it to shoot at a whopping speed of 1.6 frames per second and record movies at 30 FPS in QuickTime. Packed with 32MB of internal memory and a 2.8-inch LCD screen the Easyshare V610 will be launched in May.
The six-megapixel Easyshare-One, claimed to be the world’s first Wi-Fi consumer digital camera, comes with a 3x optical zoom lens. Along with variety of scene modes, the $299 camera delivers QuickTime MPEG-4 compressed video recording at 30 frames per second. Packed with 256MB internal memory the Easyshare-One uses 802.11b Wi-Fi networking to transfer pictures wirelessly.
Along with these two digicams, Kodak has also announced Easyshare v6.0 software to be launched in May.
