Kenwood rolls out new in-car DVD player

Apparently, we will have to wait for too long to actually see Blu-ray and HD-DVD players gobbling up rest of the contenders. For now, you can settle down with the latest Kenwood 1DIN (DVD +/- R/RW compatible) in-car Video DVD player.

The player is also compatible with MP3 and WMA files. The VDR-55 delivers a cool 4x50W with a 24bit/96kHz DAC. The LZ-702IR is a 7" (480x234) screen that is used in combination with the VDR-55 unit or with other units.
