JVC has answered my prayers with the new Sophisti Range of Home cinema systems which they call ‘Lifestyle Systems’.
The range features three systems named DD-8, DD-3, and DD-1. All the three systems are a perfect companion to your flat-screen displays.
All the three systems support DVD/CD playbacks with integrated Dolby Digital, DTS and Pro Logic II processing and a 3.1 speaker system featuring JVCs Front Surround Technology.
The centre speakers with twin diaphragms help the system to achieve Surround Effects. All the three systems have a USB port that means that you can directly access files from your favorite USB devices like Digital Cameras and card readers. The DD-8 and DD-3 systems also feature advanced convergence using Network Media Player that allows you to access stored media from your PC. These two systems also feature a HDMI connectivity with 720p upscaling that ensures you of an enhanced picture quality.
The price ranges from £499-£1,299 according to the system you buy.
