Believe it or not, but it’s just true that a printer can deliver more than 1000 pages in a single minute.
Two engineers, Moshe Einat and Nissim Einat from the College of Judea and Samaria, Israel, have developed JeTrix, an ink-jet printer head that can speed up to 1000 pages per minute and even more than that.
Designed in a similar fashion to liquid crystal display (LCD), the print head releases pixels of ink. Its small size print head can be extended according to the size of the sheet or paper.
The devise also features ink-emitting screen, an ink-coated wiper and a 12×12 cm2 printer head matrix with 57,600 nozzles. No doubt, a great innovation that may certainly revolutionize printing in a significant way.
