JetFlash DSC: USB drive with a digi-cam
Transcend Information has designed a USB flash disk drive, JetFlash DSC. Whats special is that the drive is equipped with an integrated digital camera. You can just plug in the drive directly in the USB port without using the USB cables.
Thus, the JetFlash DSC is designed to enable users to take digital photos conveniently without the need of a USB cable or a card reader.
The JetFlash DSC is equipped with a 0.25-inch CMOS image sensor. The JetFlash stores pictures in a 640×480 JPG file (VGA format), and are saved at the size of 55KB.
Once you transfer the pictures to you computer, you can use the bundled software to edit the picture and enhance the picture quality. The JetFlash comes with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery that can be recharged through the USB port, and comes in with a capacity of 128MB and 256MB.
