It’s like what we’ve seen in the Flubber movie, but this isn’t Hollywood, it is way too East and it’s in Japan, where some intelligent brains have invented a substance that’s made in 95% water. The material called elastic water is developed by scientists at Japan's Tokyo University, with a mixture of two grams of clay, some organic matter and natural water that gives this a jelly like nature. Perfect to be used in medicines and tissue repair, this elastic water could also pave way for ecologically clean plastic materials.
